• Develop focus and attentiveness in kids who lack it – A well-crafted Instruction Routine can build the necessary internal qualities need to do a job completely. (page 23)

• Have a child practice giving up their agenda – When children have strong desires in their hearts, they react with resistance and emotional drama. This exercise teaches children more emotional flexibility (page 11).
